What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments

  • Check patients in and out at the front desk

  • Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests

  • Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance

  • Help create a positive, professional clinic environment

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Dental office experience required

  • Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

  • Positive attitude and team mindset
